Is Suncoast Christmas Lights insured?



Yes. We’re fully insured, so you can feel confident knowing every installation is safe and covered.

Can I use my own Christmas lights?



For safety and quality reasons, we only install our leased commercial-grade lights. This allows us to guarantee your display, handle maintenance, and ensure a professional look all season long.

What does “fully custom” mean?



Every display is tailored to your home. We cut each strand to fit your exact rooflines and work with you on design choices for trees, wreaths, and accents. No two homes look the same.

Do you require a deposit?



We do require a deposit prior scheduling an install date. The deposit secures your installation date and allows us to purchase your custom-fit lights. The balance is due after installation is complete.

What's so special about commercial lights?



Commercial-grade LEDs shine brighter, last longer, and are safer than store-bought lights. Because they’re leased, you never have to worry about storage or replacements — we handle everything.

What does the price and scope include?



Our pricing is all-inclusive: design, professional installation, commercial-grade lights, season-long maintenance, and takedown after the holidays. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Do I need to be home during setup?



It’s up to you! If you prefer, we can complete the work while you’re away, as long as we have access to the property.

Can you do lights other than on the house?



How long does it take to get my install scheduled?



Most installs are scheduled within 5–7 days of booking. During peak season (November–December), we recommend booking early to lock in your preferred time.

What if a bulb goes out after installation?



No problem. With our season-long warranty, we’ll come out and replace bulbs or strands at no extra cost. Just give us a call.
